INITIAL CONSULTATION
To kick off the process, we want to hear from you! We seek to understand your preferences and needs for your new home, gathering all the critical information necessary to shape your unique design. This initial stage is crucial for our team to grasp key aspects such as budget, design elements, and the overall vision for your future home.
CONCEPT INNOVATION
Based on the information gathered, our design team creates conceptual layouts and elevations. We collaborate closely with you to refine and tailor these designs to align with your preferences and functional needs.
DESIGN REFINEMENT
Once the design is approved, we’ll move on to the details, such as interior design features, energy efficiency elements, and the appropriate mechanical system for your lifestyle and design. We’ll be communicating regularly to ensure the materials and designs meet your expectations. In this stage, we also develop the construction drawings that are used to construct your home.
BUDGETING & SPECIFICATIONS
We’ll provide detailed budgeting based on the final design of your home. This crucial part of the process includes materials, labour, and other requirements to fully complete your home.
CONSTRUCTION
With all the planning and budgeting completed, our project team takes the details of the home through the construction phase. This includes communicating with clients, scheduling work on site, procurement, and regular updates on budget and site progress. They’ll also guide the client through the final selection process for key elements like cabinets and flooring.
During the construction phase, we’ll have regular site visits with our clients to explain the construction and also review everything you have seen on construction drawings that are now coming to life!
HANDOVER
Upon completion of construction, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications. We address any final touches or adjustments that may be required. Once you are satisfied with the outcome, we’ll hand over the completed home to you!
